Full of Swiss ski chalets, the small town Villars has an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants. The pretty traditional resort features an old railway station and appeals to families for its alpine charm and short transfer from Geneva.

Villars is part of the Glacier-Alpes Vaudoises ski area and has lift-linked access to 125km of downhill slopes.
